Your Academic Consultants

I am so excited to be on the ACT team. I spent more than 30 years in healthcare administration and reimbursement within hospitals, clinics, and large medical practices and I love sharing my knowledge with others. I have 3 certifications from the AAPC: the Certified Professional Coder (CPC), and the Certified Professional Biller (CPB) and the CRC Certified Risk Adjustment Coder and through AHIMA I have the CCS Certified Coding Specialist.

My husband Greg and I adopted our grandchildren, so I have a 12- & 14-year-old at home along with my 2 dogs Thor & Zoe. When I am not working, I am off with all of them. Or I’m doing homework because I am currently in the master’s program for public health here at Bryan.

Students (you) are the best part of my job.

Hello, my name is Jacqueline P. McCoy and I have been a student here at Bryan since 2020. I’m in my Bachelor’s in Health Administration Management.  I joined the Bryan Act Team in 2022. I am married to my husband Greg of 34 years. We live in Conyers, Georgia. We have three children: two boys and a girl. Our boys live in Georgia, and our daughter lives in San Antonio. We have six beautiful grandkids who are our precious jewels. I love football; my team is The Dallas Cowboys, and no, I’m not from Dallas. I also love traveling and hanging out with family and my bestie.  I look forward to assisting you in the near future.
