Cecil H. Broadnax, Jr., MSBE, EMSM, PhD
Director, Workforce Development & Career Services
Dr. Broadnax is a biomedical engineer turned educator who invented medical devices credited with saving lives. His inventions are in every surgical operating suite. Dr. Broadnax was once nominated for Engineer of the Year and has traveled the globe informing and training physicians on how to use his inventions and surgical procedures to ensure positive clinical outcomes.
Dr. Broadnax is a firm believer in education and its proven ability to shape and change lives. As a result of his unbridled passion, he has held several appointments on university boards of trustees, advisory committees, and industry trade groups. His strong belief in the power of career development to inspire and empower individuals to achieve their career and life goals led him to Bryan University as Director of Workforce Development & Career Services.
