I am so excited to be on the ACT team. I spent more than 30 years in healthcare administration and reimbursement within hospitals, clinics, and large medical practices and I love sharing my knowledge with others. I have 3 certifications from the AAPC: the Certified Professional Coder (CPC), and the Certified Professional Biller (CPB) and the CRC Certified Risk Adjustment Coder and through AHIMA I have the CCS Certified Coding Specialist.
My husband Greg and I adopted our grandchildren, so I have a 12- & 14-year-old at home along with my 2 dogs Thor & Zoe. When I am not working, I am off with all of them. Or I’m doing homework because I am currently in the master’s program for public health here at Bryan.

Hello everyone! My name is Melody Webb. I am an Academic Consultant here at Bryan University pursuing my certificate in Medical Billing and Coding, and then on the pathway to achieving my Associate in HIM. I play the flute and piano, and sing in my church’s worship group. I am married with four wonderful children and three beautiful grandchildren. My family is my life. I have always had a passion for healthcare and want to help people to be the best they can be in life. I am here to help wherever and whenever I can be of assistance.
Hello! My name is Kerensa Benavides; I just finished my medical coding and billing certification here at BU and now pursuing my associate degree in HIM. I love anything that includes the outdoors, from hiking to camping and anything in between! I am a mother of 5 beautiful children, and they are my life! I always want to be there for people and help them in any way I can! I heard something the other day and they said, “Don’t shut down, break it down!” That is a great way to go to school and get everything done. We can do it together! Hi there! My name is Jodi Robinson. I am currently pursuing my Associates Degree in Medical Billing and Coding here at Bryan University. I have three sons who are my total heart. They have given me two beautiful grandbabies so far! I enjoy swimming and baking all kinds of sweets. I live in Ohio. We have a house in the country and we enjoy 4 wheeling and family cookouts. My name is Nichole Huminski, and I am an Academic Counselor at Bryan University. I am currently finishing my Associate of Science in Health Information Management and will
continue on to pursue my bachelor’s degree in the same field. I have also already completed medical billing and coding with Bryan University, which has strengthened my knowledge of healthcare systems and data accuracy. In my role as an Academic Counselor, I am dedicated to supporting students throughout their academic journey.
